In the year 1993 an Architectural College, named after the noteworthy parliamentarian and Architect Mr. Piloo Mody was set up in Badambadi, Cuttack by Mr. K.B. Mohapatra, a renowned Oriya architect. This paved the way for setting an integrated educational institute in Cuttack.
