The institute was established in year 2000 with a tie up in terms of a global agreement with the Educational Institute of American Hotel & Lodging Association, USA with an aim to bring global standard education to Nashik. Subsequently affiliations to Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Education, Mumbai for short term courses; Sikkim Manipal University for their 3 year BSc in Hospitality, Catering and Tourism Degree; and Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University for their 3 year Bachelor in Hotel and Tourism Degree, were added for the benefit of the students.
