5. Applications of all those candidates who have not passed the qualifying examination on the date of application will be rejected.

The admission to the B.Ed colleges in UP is made through an Entrance exam. So if you want admission , you have to give exam. If you secure a good rank and you can get a good college. For that you have to prepare for the entrance.
