Please make your question clear as I could not understand what are you trying to ask.
The admission to the B.Ed colleges in UP is made through an Entrance exam. So if you want admission , you have to give exam. If you secure a good rank and you can get a good college. For that you have to prepare for the entrance.
The quota for physically disabled is there as per the govenment norms.
