Biswanath Singh Institute of Legal Studies came into existence in 1992 with the objective of creating proficient advocates who are capable of tackling the changing trends. Located in Munger in Bihar, the college is affiliated to Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. The institution has got the approval from Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi, to conduct three-year under graduate law program and a five-year integrated LLB program. Since its inception, the institution has been supporting the cause of spreading quality legal education in the state.
