Rath has been toiling hard to give this institution a splendid physical and cultural dimension – a shape in reality “Dreams come True”. DRIEMS is named after his father Late Sri Dhaneswar Rath a great social reformer. The College was established in the year 1999, the year of the super cyclone in Orissa. In fact, undaunted by the ravages of super cyclone, Mr. Rath kept up his creativity effort and started the college in a spirit of determination and dedication.

A magnificent Institute of Technical Education - DRIEMS has a well planned campus having pollution free environment located at Tangi on the outskirts, about 15 kms away from Cuttack, the Silver City of Orissa, beside the National Highway NH-5 and the Railway Station Kapilash Road.
