        1.Labour Law & Labour Welfare and
        2.Taxation Law
        Candidates seeking admission for PG Diploma in Labour Law & Labour Welfare and Taxation Law must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree Examination of this University in any faculty or a corresponding degree examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto.

        Three Year Law Degree Course
        (For the 2012-2013 Prospectus, please see below)
        The Three Years Law Course leading to the LL.B. Degree is a six-semester full time course. Students who do not wish to practice as Advocates, are eligible for the LL.B. (General) after successful completion of the second year (4th semester). On successful completion of three years (6th semester) the LL.B. Degree is awarded. There is an examination held by the University of Mumbai at the end of each semester.
        As per Mumbai University Ordinance No: 0.5086, a candidate for being eligible for admission to the First Semester of 3 years LL.B. course, must have passed/ completed Degree Examination in any faculty of a recognized University or equivalent qualification with minimum 45% of marks at the qualifying examination if there is no Eligibility test and 40% of marks at the qualifying examination if there is an Eligibility test. However the above percentage of marks shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
