BTech courses are the science courses like biotech , bioinfo , biomed and all...
i guess if u take btech courses, you'l have to do higher studies like masters if you want to go into your own feild, in India , BE courses have more scope not that BTech courses dont , just that the are very less compared to the scope of B.E.
