Eligibility of Maharashtra State Candidate to appear MHT-CET
* Candidate should be an Indian National * Should have passed/appeared the HSC (Std.XII)Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and secured minimum 50% marks i.e. not less than 150 marks out of 300 marks (minimum 45%marks i.e. not less than 135 marks out of 300 marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics added together AND obtained a non zero score at MHT-CET.
Eligibility of Outside Maharashtra State candidates
* OMS candidates are eligible to write MHT-CET but they are not allowed to participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) . * They can apply for the admissions against the Institute Level seats as well as the vacant seats existing after completion of CAP, ONLY in the Unaided Private Engineering Colleges/ Institutes.
