Hi Samiksha,
the admission is 100% centralized through Maharastra government so there is no possibility that you can get admission without appearing for CET

The admission process in andhi Shikshan Bhavan 100% admission centralized through Government of Maharashtra.
So you may not get a seat if you have not appeared for CET.
