Online submission of pre-admission form for MBA and MCA courses is MUST for all, who seek admission to these courses. While filling up the online pre-admission form, please keep the following guidelines:-
FIRST, YOU HAVE TO SELECT THE COURSE MBA or MCA. IF YOU WANT TO APPLY FOR BOTH COURSES, YOU MUST FILL IN THE PRE-ADMISSION ONLINE FORM SEPARATELY WITH SEPARATE DD OF RS.500/- FOR EACH COURSE.
1) Before click on Save button, ensure that all fields have been correctly filled up.
2) DD of Rs.500/- only should be prepared in favour of PRINCIPAL, GAYA COLEGE, GAYA and the DD No., issuing Bank name, date and amount should be correctly filled in.
3) When you click Save buttom, next page shall be displayed wherein you have to fill in other details, e.g. academic details for which you must keep your records from Matric to Graduation before hand for correct entry.
4) Before clicking on Submit button, please check your entries once again.
5) Candidates for MCA must ensure that Mathematics should be one of the subjects at +2 or Graduation level.
6) Candidates for MBA must ensure that they have valid MAT score, i.e. it should not have expired.
7) After submission, the filled in pre-admission form( all the three pages) should be printed. One printed copy along with requisite documents and DD of Rs.500/- should be sent by Registered Post/Speed Post to: Co-ordinator (MBA/MCA Admn), Gaya College, Gaya-823001 (Bihar) or may be submitted in person in the Management Building, Gaya College, Gaya.
8) After the last date of submission of form, please check the status of your application. If accepted, you MUST take a print of your Admit Card( After the last date of applying online . Also before printing ensure that date,time and center of test/interview is visible on the admit card )and paste a recent photograph in the specified box. This Admit Card shall be produced at the time of Entrance Test/Interview/GD on the prescribed date and time.
9) YOU MUST SAFELY KEEP YOUR FORM NO. AND ID in your diary for use in future to know your status.

Date of GDPI (for MBA) and Written Test/Interview (for MCA) shall be announced later on. On receipt of DD of Rs.500/- along with print copy of pre-admission form & documents, the College shall activate ONLINE ADMIT CARD also in the first week of August’10, which may be generated by applicants from our website for appearing at GDPI/Written Test/Interview as per schedule.
