With respect to MD. MAHBUBUL ISLAM, son of MD. RAFIQUL ISLAM was a student of your institution during the academic year 1999 to 2002. He has done his B.Sc in computer science in 2002 from your institution, his registration number is 002EA017. He wants to join in my organization, but the papers he has submitted to me, I am confused with those papers. He has only submitted his three years mark cards, but in the third year mark card, there is note " This mark card by itself, does not entitle the candidate to the degree, it only indicates the result of the exmination". He did not submit any certificate or provisional certificate, that made me confused.
Please confirm the status of the student whether he passed or not, it will help us to make our decision.
