i am a 12th pass student with 85% marks with commerce+computer as subject combination,also i fall in obc category. i wish to take up economics for my further studies. please give me info on:-

1) whether i can take eco.(h) in any reputed colleges of du ,without having studied maths in 12th?

2)if so,which colleges offer such relaxation..i.e. eco(h) without fulfillment of maths requirement.

3) is there any such combination of economics+english

Sir,
I have scored 87% in class 12th suject PCM and I look forward to take admission in LSR in BA programme, Since I belong to reserved quota (ST), I've applied through DU and my first preference is LSR. I would like to know that if I get admission in LSR then what are my chances of gettin in Hostel? I've read the procedre about interview but its only given about SC students that they will have to give interview on 21th June. Would you please kindly let me know what is the procedure of getting in Hostel for a ST student.
