If you are pursuing BCA then you are definitely eligible for the MCA course. The eligibility of Maths in class 12th is for BCA admission and for MCA admission only for those applicants who didn't do BCA and apply for MCA.

However, you have also to meet the other eligibility which is the minimum graduation percentage. You must scoree more than 60% in BCA aggregate for eligibility for MCA admission

I believe that in order to pursue MCA you need to have completed bachelors in either b-tech or Bsc it or bca.
Since you have done neither of these i dont think you can.

There are very few colleges which allow MCA without maths in +2.

You can do MCA from IGNOU University.

Annamalai University, Chidambaram, is offering MCA through Distance Education even for students without maths in +2

  As the Rank of you two is not so good so it will be like a dream come true if you get admission in top five colleges which include - SGSITS SOCS - DAVV Medicaps Vaishnav IPS Academy. So as per online councelling fill the choices as per the list provided in the diferent points of this page & quote at least 30 colleges. I believe as per Rank of Neha She can get admission in top 15 colleges but Riya can get addmission in about top 20 colleges. So please fill maximum choices you like.
