For MCA entrance your 12th do not count. The eligibility criteria
for MCA admission in the marks in the BCA course. MOst institutes conduct their entrance test for MCA admission and for writing the tests the eligibility is to obtain 55% and above marks in BCA. Some have the cut-off at 60% and above.

I think you should approach some college and see for donation seats.

Deemed university has their own syllabus and evaluating pattern

Most of the Univ/Colletes require Mathes at +2 level atleast for seeking admission to MCA.

Annamalai University, Chidambaram, is offering MCA through Distance Education even for students without maths in +2.

You have to undergo one week's programme there for getting admission.

There may be some other univ/ colleges also offering MCA regular stream for students like You.

But Annamalai Univ. is authenticated one.

You had Mathematics subject in your class 12th, that's all required eligibility for applying for MCA In reputed colleges. It doesn't matter what were your other subjects. Try to secure more marks in Your BCA final as the cut-off percentage for some reputed college is from 55-60%

The admission to M.Tech programme is based on an All India Examination , conducted by the University at different centres spread all over the country, followed by an extensive interview. On an average 25 students for M.Tech. are selected every year. On an average 30 students for M.C.A. are selected. These students are selected from about 12,000 applicants appearing for the Entrance Examination. This makes the success rate of getting through as tough as I in every 400 applicants. The last semester for M.C.A. course is meant for an Industrial Project, where as, each M.Tech. student has to work in the chosen field under the guidance of a Professor and has to submit a dissertation at the end of the third semester.

IGNOU MCA for Non-Computer Science Graduates

Various students from non-Computer Science-core streams (generally streams that does not have Computer Science as a paper through out the course but have Computer Science as a paper during a Semester / Year. Courses such as Arts (B.Com/B.A) with Computer Science come under this category) often ask about how to get admission for IGNOU MCA Program. IGNOU, through its Schematic Presentation of SOCIS Programmes that can be downloaded from IGNOU Website (generally given in the last few pages of the IGNOU Prospectus / MCA Program booklet) clarifies as follows:

Students with Maths at 10+2 Level and having done Bachelor in Computer Science/Applications/Informati on Sciences/Information Technology/PGDCA from a recognized/deemed University can take MCA Ist Semester directly.

Students with out Maths at 10+2 Level and having done Bachelor in Computer Science/Applications/Informati on Sciences/Information Technology/PGDCA from a recognized/deemed University should take CS60 along with MCA Ist Semester.

If you didn't have maths in your 11th, you can take it in your 12th standard. But you would not be able to do b.tech, instead you could go for BCA and then MCA which is equivalent to being a comp science engineer.
