INTAKE AND RESERVATION
The total no of seats - 80 (Eighty)
The number of students to be admitted through admission test is seventy with the following reservations: Scheduled Caste - 15% (11 Seats)
Scheduled Tribe - 7.5% (5 Seats)
Women* - 30% (Horizontal)
Persons with Disability - 3% (2 Seats)
* Since women candidates admitted come to about 50% on their own merit this reservation does not affect the seats in the general category.
In addition, 10 seats are allotted to Foreign Nationals. Candidates possessing the citizenship of a country other than India will only be considered under this category.
The foreign students will be admitted directly on the basis of their performance in qualifying examination, overall academic record and proficiency in English language. All foreign candidates must apply directly to the Registrar, NALSAR, Hyderabad in the prescribed application form with supporting documents by
10th April, 2009. The copy of the marks card of the qualifying examination should be sent by 30th May, 2009
