The marks of the candidate eligible is 50% in the qualification of 10+2,or any graduation.

@Pradeep Bagal-Exemption Rule for all the Three Year Examinations
A candidate who obtains atleast 50 percent of the full marks in a paper shall, at this option, be exempted from that paper at a subsequent examination. He shall, however have to pass in the remaining paper or papers in accordance with the standard of passing laid down above.

Allowed To Keep Terms (ATKT)

A candidate who obtains at the First LL.B. or Second LL.B. Examinations 50 percent of the full marks in each of any six papers out of nine papers shall be allowed to keep term for the next year.

Terms & Conditions for the LL.B. Course
1.Admissions must be taken in person, by presenting the prescribed application form duly filled in and on payment of fees. All admissions will be provisional and subject to confirmation by the Principal and approval by the University.

2.Conditions to be fulfilled by a student in order to qualify for grant of terms:

a) He shall attend at least 80 percent of lectures delivered in a subject.

b) He shall attend the prescribed number of tutorials and secure at least 50 percent marks in the aggregate of all the tutorials.

c) He shall pass the terminal or other tests satisfactorily for all the subjects.

d) He shall complete all practical training and must participate in the free legal aid and free legal literacy camp.

3.No two Graduate courses or Graduate Course coupled with Post Graduate Course shall be done simultaneously under the rules of the University. However students can undergo one Degree, one Diploma and one Certificate Course simultaneously.

Minimum Qualification for Admission

The minimum qualification for admission to the three year LL.B. course shall be a Graduation with minimum 45% of marks in any faculty of Pune University or any other statutory University.

Rules for Standard of Passing for LL.B. Three Year Law Course

The standard of passing for the three-year course is that the candidate must obtain 35 marks in each paper and 50 percent of the total marks in aggregate. Those successful candidates who obtain 50% or more of the total marks in aggregate will be placed in the second class and those who obtain 60 or more of the total marks.

Exemption Rule for all the Three Year Examinations

The response of the status of the scholarship can be provided to you only by your college authorities as they had submitted your form. So if the person in-charge is not responding, go to the higher authorities and ask them. You have to run a lot and constantly press them, then only any action would be taken.
