@Travis Joseph Poulos - You can apply for the councelling of anna university in the NRI quota.
This councelling will conduct for every year near june month. The forms will distriputed. cutoff marks will calculate by maths, physics and chemistry.
Out of 200. from maths mark/2 + physics/4 + chemistry/4 . Then they will release the mark list and ranking. According to the quota's will get the date. For PSG you need atleast 197 cutoff.

Filled in application forms with

Dear Ramadurai, There is no such institute. Gte her coaching from good institute. Most of them are at Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. She can do her B.Com. through correspondance.
