Transfer between colleges are not that easy.
It is possible only if the colleges are under the same university.
Contact the admission section of your college and enquire about the procedures

how can i get the seat in punjab technical university in b.tech 2nd year. now im studying in diploma final year and its possible for another state students. what i have to done to get the seat their. is their any enterance exam if any exxam is their then plz tell me about that exam and how we get that form and when its last date. plz tellme everything to get the seat in b.tech 2nd year. and my overall %age is 80% upto 5th sem. plz tell me the full procedure to how to get the seat.
