The cutoff rank of last year for different branches for OC boys category admission is as follows:

CIV 22087
CSE 33084
ECE 8788
EEE 12756
INF 40382
MEC 16670

The prospectus is not available on the mail.
You have to either purchase the prospectus or order it from college.

You cant change the group.
Once you get confirmed in counseling a particular college and group there is no option of changing.
yet you can request your particular college .
If there are any possibilities they may change.

With 90,000 rank, you cannot get direct seat, you can try through management quota seat
