TKWs stands for The Knowledge Workers. The Group started its skill development education initiative in 2002 and since then, it has launched several professional and retail management courses. Seeing the huge employment opportunities in the Banking and Finance sector, TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance (TKWs IBF) was established to impart related skills to the students. Its Experiential Learning Techniques have been well-praised in the industry and earned it several nominations and awards.

At present, TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance offers 60 seats for its flagship MBA program in Banking, Finance & Marketing. It is a unique course because it offers students three specializations at once. The students of the course specialize in banking but can easily join finance and marketing careers as well. TKWs also offers 30 sears in Diploma and PG Diploma programs in Banking & Finance.

The programs offered by the TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance offer knowledge of banking operations, financial accounting, regulatory requirements and other specialized disciplines that a student should know about to qualify for jobs in PSU banks as well as private banks.
