It offers advanced degree programs including Business Law, Constitutional Law & Human Rights, Intellectual Property Laws, International Law and Organizations, Environmental Law & Legal Order, Criminal Law & Criminal Justice Administration. It also offers part-time research programme for the faculty members working in the affiliated law colleges, enabling them to get PhD degree in law.

It does not offer the distance education course. You have to enroll as a regular student.

If you have completed your class 12th, you are definitely eligible for the admiision in the law course. For that, you have to write the Common Law Admission Test, (CLAT) or other different law entrance exams conducted by different universities and then you can get admission to 5 yr law course.

An MoU has been entered into with the Indira Gandhi National Open University by the Department of Distance Education of this University in the month of June 2008 to offer a Post-Graduate Certificate Course in Cyber Law. The duration for this course is 6 months.

The classes will be in english, however there are also classes in tamil. But for those who dont understand tamil, they attend english classes only.
