Every IIM has a different selection procedure and the preference allocation to various events and activities. Some might give great preference and weight-age to 12 and graduation percentage or some might give little or no weight-age. It depends on the IIM and changes every year.
However, in general, the IIMs do give preference to 12 and graduation percentage. But, if you have low percentage and you are able to justify them your standing, then you would have a better chance of getting admission.
