What is the eligibility criteria & entrance test for the admission?

THE ADMISSION PROCESS

The Institute follows a three-stage admission procedure:

The candidates must qualify in the all India level written examination, XLRI Admission Test (XAT). Cut off scores for XAT are released and applications invited.
Qualifying students are called for a group discussion (GD) where a candidate's ability to understand and analyze situations, communicate ideas, and take decisions along with personality traits such as initiative, team spirit and leadership skills are tested.
Candidates have to finally pass through the rigorous personal interview session conducted by a panel comprising of experts from both academics and industry.

ELIGIBILITY

Admission to the courses are open to graduates who have completed the three years of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, recognized by a university or deemed university. Those completing their final examination by 2012 may also apply.

XAT Bulletin

Candidates desirous of seeking admission have to appear in XAT (XLRI Admission Test) conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur(Visit at: http://www.xlri.edu or http://www.xlri.ac.in ) Based on the XAT score candidate will be called for GDPI to be held at XISS.

There are many institutions that offer MBA in distance learning. You have to write entrance exam to get seat in MBA. Then you can apply to that particular university/college. You should have good score in your UG course .

this is a good college.
