B.Ed Admission Process in Bihar through University of Patna

Entrance Exam: For admission into B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) Course in the colleges affiliated to University of Patna, an entrance test is conducted by University of Patna

Eligibility: The candidate must have to posses B. Sc., B. A. or any other equivalence graduate degree from Maharshi Dayanand University or any other recognized University in India with minimum of 50% aggregated marks.

Eligibility Exception: There shall be a relaxation of marks in favor of SC and ST candidates as per norms of the State Govt. and the NCTE.

Age limit: 40 years for Fresher Candidates and 45 years for Deputed candidates as on 30.6.2012.

Method Subjects: English, Bio. Science, Physics, Chemistry, Math., Geography, History, Work Education, Computer Education are available and the offer of admission will be given as per availability of seats and subjects of the College concerned.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be made strictly as per University norms. Names of the selected candidates will be walled up in the Notice Board duly. No individual intimation will be given. Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe applicants from the other states will not get the reservation facilities of S.C./S.T.

How to Apply:

To get admission for this course in University candidate must have to give the entrance examination which is conducted by the Kerala University. The admission process is carried out by considering individuals performance in the entrance test. The application forms for the admissions are available on line. The forms are also available at the Universities different collages. Interested candidates can obtain the application form and information brochure in person by paying Rs 55 (Cost of Information Booklet and Form) form Patna Training College (For male) Dariyapur Gola, Patna. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be submitted along with entrance test fee in the form of bank draft of Rs 450 for General Class and Rs 300 for SC/ST Candidates (for original inhabitants of State of Bihar only).
