Entrance Exam: For admission into B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) Course in the colleges affiliated to University of Calcutta, an entrance test is conducted by University of Calcutta
Eligibility: Applications from graduate (preferably with Honours and /or Master degree) candidates in a (10+2+3) pattern (except deputed category) in prescribed forms obtainable from the University Sales Counter on payment of Rs.50/- are invited for the B.Ed. Course. Applicants, both deputed and fresher, must have at least 50% marks in Bachelors’ Degree and/or in the Masters’ degree Examination of Calcutta University or other recognized University
Eligibility Exception: Their shall be relaxation of 5% Marks in favour of SC / ST and also relaxation of age 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for Physically Disabled candidates.
Age Limit: 40 years for Fresher Candidates and 45 years for Deputed candidates as on 30.6.2012.
