MBA Kaleidoscope — a two-day conference-cum-fair on management education — organised by Education Times and Bulls Eye, a leading MBA coaching institute in the region, saw a flying start on Friday. Leading management institutes from all over the country participated in this two-day event. The fair was inaugurated on Friday morning by Dr BC Josan, principal of DAV College. Braving cold weather, more than 1,200 enthusiastic students visited the fair.
Workshops on cracking GD, MBA as a career option, basics of Indian economy and how to handle interview conducted by faculty from MDI, Gurgaon, IIM Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Bulls Eye saw halls filled to capacity.
Students turned up with their parents, teachers and guardians at the venue, where a team of experts answered various queries. Principals, academicians, education administrators, professionals in the field of education and education marketing personnel were also present. The experts’ team provided students with important information regarding approvals/affiliations/ recognitions, which students must ensure before taking admission in any course or college.Prominent speakers present during the fair include Sanjay Joshi, IIM, Ahmedabad, Safal Batra, IIM, Calcutta, Anoop Ohri, IIM, Lucknow, and Rahul Mahajan, MDI, Gurgaon.
It will conclude on Saturday, when workshops on personality development, how to build vocabulary, GD concepts, banking, financial services and budget will be held.
Notably, more than 20,000 MBA aspirants appear in various top-end management entrance tests, viz CAT, XAT, SNAP, JMET and MAT, in Chandigarh every year.
