Course Description:
The two-year full time MBA + PGP programme is designed to help our future managers follow an approach to lead successfully in the corporate environment. This course is approved by Manonmaniam Sundarnar University (MSU). Classes would start from first week of July.

Eligibility:
A three-year bachelor’s degree (10 + 2 + 3) or Equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university with atleast 50% aggregate marks or Equivalent CGPA. Students appearing in the final examination of a bachelor’s degree can also apply.

Admission Procedure:
Prospective candidates are required to fill in the ISTTM application form. To obtain the application form and prospectus, applicants should come to our Admissions office at Somajiguda.

Selection Process
The selection procedure for admission consists of two steps.

* Applicants for the General Management MBA + PGP programme are required to appear for CAT / MAT / XAT / ICET Entrance Tests conducted this year. Any of these tests’ scores would be considered.
* Prospective candidates should appear in ISTTM ET (ISTTM Entrance Test). Entrance Test date would be announced during counseling. Top 3 students in ISTTM ET would be given 100% fee waiver for the First Semester.

The one potential advantage of distance learning MBA degree is time and location flexibility.The method removes all the barriers pertaining to physical presence, time and geographical location.

Regular MBA colleges are good when group discussion, classmates, oral communication and visual contact comes into picture.Distance learning MBA have no oral communication, visual contact and deadlines. Lack of oral communication and visual contact leaves a person confused at some stage when there is something that he or she does not understands.

Eligibility for MBA (Full Time/ Part Time)

MBA / PGDBM

i) A pass in recognised Bachelor's Degree in any discipline of minimum 3 years duration

ii) Candidates who have already passed the above qualifying degree course and candidates who are appearing for the final semester / year examination of the said qualifying degree course during April / May 2010 may apply for admission to MBA degree programme during 2010-11

iii) Candidates who have already appeared for and are having one or more valid CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT Scores, need not Register for VTUMBA10.(Application fee Rs.750/-) Those not having valid CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT Scores, MUST Register for VTUMBA10.

iv) Candidates short listed will be requested to take up a GD and Personal Interview.
