How to Apply:
The application form and other relevant information may be downloaded from the website: www.nitrr.ac.in

The filled in applications alongwith a crossed DD towards application fee drawn in favour of "Director NIT Raipur" payable at Raipur should reach Registrar, NIT Raipur, CG 492010 on or before 15th December 2009, Wednesday in an A4 size envelop with overleaf mention of "Ph.D. Admission for Academic Year 2009-10".

Application fees: Rs. 200/- for General & OBC category applicants. For SC/ST/PH Candidates, fee will be Rs. 100/- only.

The selected full-time candidates shall be eligible to get scholarship/ fellowship/ assistantship as per guidelines decided by Ministry of Human Resource Development, i.e., for Engineering, Rs. 14,000 per month in first two year and Rs. 15,000 per month subsequently.

I wish to register for Phd in Civil Engineering as a Part time student.
when the applications will invite for 2010-11.will it happens twice in a year?

Is there any test for the admission?what is the minimum period for submitting PHD thesis in Part time.
