Reet Examinations to have 3 Categories

Government Teacher Recruitment and Eligibility Test 2016 (Reet) will have three categories for the procedure of admissions and recruitment. Applications will be invited online only for the procedure of admissions via eligibility and entitlement. Twenty thousand tertiary teachers will be recruited by the process of examination. Approximately eleven lakh B.Ed and BSTC degree holders have been waiting for the exam for past one year. The government has finalized guidelines for the exam, but it is yet to get the approval of the method and the personnel department. The proposed guidelines are available with Dainik Bhaskar. The potential candidates in the state are to be recruited via same paper. During the process of application interested candidates are requested to specify the preference for the mentioned districts apart from the TSP districts. Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education will conduct the examination itself.

During the process of application interested candidates are requested to specify the preference for the mentioned districts apart from the TSP districts. Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education will conduct the examination itself.

    Application Procedure:

    • Application form can be filled via E-Mitra kiosks and public facility centers. Candidates will have to deposit a sum of Rs 10 apart from the mentioned fee at e-friendly kiosks or at the public utility centers in addition to the examination fee of Rs 10. The additional 10 rupees fee is for the token number.
    • After this token number is obtained, the respective number has to be registered online so that the candidate is allowed to fill the online application form. After filling the application form, the applicant at the kiosk is expected to attach a receipt of Rs 20 separately. Any other method apart from online application will not be accepted by the organization.
    • After completing the online application, candidates will have to take a print of the respective application form. The manifesto, a certified copy of the affidavit and other related documents are to be deposited along with the application form. Nodal centers are being arranged for the above mentioned procedure all over the state.

    Recruitment and Eligibility (First Category):

    • Candidates in this category Level I (grade 1 to 5) and Level II (grade 6 to 8) will be eligible for the same, and they will also be included in the hiring process.
    • The fee for any one of the levels or both the levels will be Rs 400 and Rs 600 respectively.

    Advantages:

    • Freshers as well as candidates who already have a score in Reet and are seeking for improvement are also eligible to apply.

    Only Eligibility (Second Category):

    • In this category eligibility will be given only for Level I and Level II.
    • Candidates will not be included in the Merit District hence they will not be part of the hiring process.
    • The fee for any one of the levels or both the levels will be Rs 400 and Rs 600 respectively.

    Advantages:

    • There are no limitations related to the age of the candidate.
    • As there is no age limit candidates will be allowed to join B.Ed or BSTC. Candidates who have exceeded the age limit can also apply for government services. But to provide services in private schools the candidate will have to qualify Reet examination.

    Only for recruitment (Third Category):

    • This category will include only those candidates who are already eligible for Artet.
    • By the above mentioned process candidates can qualify for the merit list on the basis of Artet score through the respective examination.
    • Fee for application is Rs 200

    Advantages:

    • Candidates who have appeared and secure a minimum of 60 per cent in the Artet examinations of 2016 and 2016 are also eligible to apply.
    • The respective candidates will be included in the district-wise merit list based on the Artet examination score.
