 Kuvempu University Distance Education offers distance  Courses through  correspondence  MBA, MCA distance , MSc part time , MA through distance , MCom distance learning , BA distance education, BCom distance learning, BSc part time, correspondence  BEd and many other courses.Kuvempu University introduced the  Directorate of Distance Education offering higher educationThe distance  Degrees offered by the Directorate of Distance Education are equivalent to that of regular degrees.

The DDE is offering a total number of 40 courses directly in various faculties at the U.G., P.G. and Diploma levels. Graduate Diplomas. B.Sc. (IT) & M.Sc. (IT), B.Sc. in Fashion Technology & Interior Designing are also being offered.MBA PROGRAMME. Entrance Examination will be conducted in select places (town/cities), which will be intimated to the candidates who apply for admission to the MBA programme.

This course in Lakhimpur is offered under different specializations, To get admission to a particular specialization, applicants must have completed their higher secondary in 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 format, Both higher secondary/pre-university and degree must have been obtained from a recognized board and recognized university respectively.

If a phase I test taker of Raigarh oe other places is not satisfied his/her performance in the test or if a candidate has missed out to apply for NEET, he/she can apply for phase 2 exam, It is a second chance provided to aspiring candidates.
