The admission to Engineering Courses in Meghalaya is done based on the score obtained in CET i.e. conducted by that state or by the score obtained in AIEEE. Candidates who have completed 10+2 in science or its equivalent with physics and mathematics as compulsory subject along with one of the chemistry /biotechnology /biology having passed in each of the subjects with 45% marks in the above subjects taken together are eligible for the entrance exam.

Engineering Colleges in Meghalaya have reserved 33% seats for girls including for all the branches. 25% seats will be available to students from different minorities/tribal and other backward communities.

Both NEET and AIPMT are conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS Courses, NEET is national level test, while AIPMT is conducted by CBSE for admission to these courses in government medical and dental colleges of all places including Gandhinagar

You should consider the fee structure and if you consider doing this course from other place except , you should consider hostel facilities, you shouldalso consider whether the subject in which you wish to continue this course is available in the college.
