There are many Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) spread over India in various cities for giving the best education for the students. Now, IITs are decided to introduce some soft skills programmes for the students which help them in gaining the knowledge for the students of IITs for the purpose of placements.

Students from various cities and various family backgrounds will come and join to IITs as they can get the better position in the outside world. As new technologies are introducing, students should have the knowledge about that technologies to get passed in the placement interviews as the job market is very competitive. This soft skills programme will help the students to get a best job in the best company.

Students along with the soft skill programmes, they need to have good communication skills and positive body language. In today’s competitive job market, students need to have additional skills along with the technical skills to get in the success of the job. By introducing this soft skill programmes, IITs are helping the students to get a better job.

Benefits of soft skill courses:

Duration and the fees of the course:

These soft skills programme are offered minimum for duration of 30 hours. The classes will be conducted over the weekend which helps the students to attend the classes.

The fee for this course is Rs.1200/- charged by the organization to provide the training.

These programmes are offered to those students who need to appear for the placements

No, for getting admission in IIMs for management course, you should have to clear entrance exam, but there are many other MBA colleges in Erode where without entrance you can take admission
