About the MAT Entrance exam

MAT Entrance exam is conducted four times in the year i.e. in the February, September and December and mostly on the first Sunday of the month. If the number of the candidates that is registered for the computer based test is limited and can be accommodated in the single day, the test will be completed on 1st December 2013 itself.

The Paper-Based Test will take place only on one day i.e. 1st December 2013 at one time i.e. 10.00 am to 12.00 pm, whereas the computer board test will take place from 7th December 2013 onwards in the different time slots.

If the number of candidates registered for the computer based test is limited and can also be accommodated in the single day, here the test will be completed on 1st December 2013.

How to apply

The candidates can choose any one of the following modes to apply

Obtain form with MAT bulletin/CD against cash payment of Rs 1200/- (Rs one thousand two hundred only) from listed branches of Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, listed Study Centers of AIMA or from AIMA, New Delhi; or Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only) in favor of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Also certain procedure is for the candidates who applied for computer based test and who have been permitted to appear for the computer based test, they have to download the admit card 7 days before the paper based test from AIMA website. To get admission in good b-school the MAT score should be more than 95 percentile. In MAT Entrance you won't have any cut off marks or the passing marks.MAT Score is given on the percentile basis and not the percentage.
