As it is a national level examination obviously there will be a lot of competition will be present there. So to get through the tough competition one need to work hard and compete a very big crowd. Clearing an entrance exam largely depends on your preparation, adopting appropriate strategy to solve the questions, as well as a little luck factor.

However we learned but if we get nervous at the last moments our all hard work will be in vein so At the last minutes there are some extra efforts needed by the aspirants which makes their work better and efficient.

Revise your course: you may have spent all your preparation year trying to complete your syllabus. However, at this last moment if you have not been able to complete any topic then consider leaving it. It is always better to be thorough in whatever you have studied rather than going through topics which you can certainly not master at this last moment.

Go through sample papers: Referring to previous year papers of AIPMT is a good strategy to follow as this will help you know the trend of questions asked in the exam. Practice several mock tests as this will help you identify your weak areas.

Identify key topics to study: At this last moment, try and focus your attention on revising the important topics as these will fetch you maximum marks. Some of the chief topics which must be revised include:

Physics: Heat and Thermodynamics, Waves, Optics, Modern Physics.

Chemistry: Ionic Equilibrium, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, GOC, Carbohydrates, Proteins and Polymers, P Block, Chemical Bonding.

Biology: Human Physiology, Plant Physiology, Ecology, Genetics.

Make a revision key: This is the time to revisit your flash cards so as to revise all the important facts. They come in handy in the last days as you don’t have sufficient time to go through your books again.

Get enough rest: We advise that you catch up on your sleep and rest as much as you can before the exam because if you do not do this, you may be in danger of feeling sleepy or lazy during the exam which can affect your performance adversely.

Speed and time management: Being an extremely important exam, all students try to do their best and clear AIPMT and here your speed management and time management skills will come in handy. In AIPMT, you are roughly given a minute to solve one question so you need to be extremely alert and quick in solving the exam paper.

Relax: We know this is hard but try and relax before the exam. Go out, play a little, this will help you to clear up your mind, which in turn will help you perform better as you will sit for the exam with a fresh mind.
