Engineers are toppers for CAT 2016 Exam

Finally the results are out for the CAT entrance exam 2016 on January 14th 2016 at 9 am. There are 8 toppers for this exam this year and all are engineers. Total 1.94 lakh   candidates had registered for the exam and 1.73 lakhs people finally attended it.

The toppers of CAT 2016 are all male and the engineers. As per the review given by the IIM Indore a day before the declaration of CAT results, eight candidates have 100 percentile and all of them are male engineers. Two of them have the master degree in engineering and others have the bachelor degree.

Three of them also have good work experience of 12-24 months in automobile, banking services and the information technology sectors.

This year the maximum toppers are from Andhra Pradesh one from Vijayawada, Secunderabad, Samalkot and Hyderabad and all have scored 100 percentile.

One is from Delhi and the remaining three are from Mumbai. There are 10 students who have also scored 99.99 percentile with one female candidate being shortlisted in the list.

And also a wrong question had been asked in the paper where in a remedial action was taken to ensure that a fair score would be given to all the candidates for that question.

Candidates can also log on to from 9am on Tuesday to know about the results.

When it comes to taking admissions to the IIMs, 115 seats have been added at the B-school this year, increasing the number to 3335 seats.

The CAT 2016 results will be available on the official website and the CAT score card will be available for the students who have appeared for CAT 2016.

You should consider the fee structure and if you consider doing this course from other place except Modinagar, you should consider hostel facilities, you shouldalso consider whether the subject in which you wish to continue this course is available in the college.
