Based on the rank in JEE mains, one can get admission in over 30 top engineering institutes in India. Out of these top best engineering institutes in India, in all the NIT’s in India, there are a total of 16,396 seats allotted for ranks based on JEE Mains. IIT’s has a total of 969 seats and other colleges which are run by central and state govts. has around 2,239 seats. Out of the total seats in an NIT college, half the seats are reserved to the local students of that particular state. If the student could not get admission in NIT, with the all India rank, he can try with the state quota.

The JEE Mains admission process can be categorized into 4 parts. The process starts with Online registration and ends with reporting the seat allotment letter in the particular NIT college where the student got admitted. The details are as follows.

1) Online Registration:

All the JEE Mains rank holders can register their details at the website of Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB), www.csab.in . The student has to open this website and register with his name, Roll Number, Application Number and Date of Birth. In this process, students have to create their own username and password. The students can also login later with these credentials. With this step, the students have entered into the second stage, which is online choice filling.

2) Online Choice Filling:

In this stage, one has to click on “Online Choice Filling” option in the website of Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB), www.csab.in . After clicking this, the student can see all the options of NIT’s, the branches offered in these NIT’s etc… Students can choose the required NIT and the branch, based on their interest, liking and their preference of the particular NIT and branch. After selecting all these, students have to click on a check box called “I Agree”. Then the options which are choosed by the student will be locked. If the student did not click on “I Agree” check box, the options which the student selected will not be saved.

3) Online Seat Allotment:

The online seat allotment is done by, considering the Choice filling form filled by students and their preference in selection; and also considering the main ranks and the total seats in all the NIT’s all over India and their available seats. The results of online allotment in JEE mains are placed in the website of Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB), www.csab.in . The students have to print the same from the website and report to the required center and pay the fees. The student should also get the certificates and other documents verified here. And finally, the student has to get the “Provisional Admission Letter” from the particular center.

4) Joining the Institute:

After verification of the original certificates in complete, the student can join the institute. With this the final stage is also completed and student will get admission in NIT college, based on the JEE rank.

The admission will be done in two rounds only. After that there will be spot round admissions. If any student did not get the seat in first two rounds, he can try in the spot round counseling. But, this spot round counseling will only be done, if there are any empty seats, after the first two rounds.

Spot round (if there are any empty seats): July 17-20
Joining in the institute after seat allotment: July 22-26

No, for getting admission in IIMs for management course, you should have to clear entrance exam, but there are many other MBA colleges in Anand where without entrance you can take admission

In India, the present duration of MBBS course is 5.5 years, The actual course period is 4.5 years and one year of rotating internship should be completed, you can find some good MBBS colleges in Rewa-Shyam Shah Medical College ; Awadhesh Pratap Singh University
