The Engineering Entrance Exam and Medical Entrance Exam i.e. EAMCET 2016 will be conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. And the Entrance exam will be held on May 17th 2016. The registration and the submission of the application form will start soon.
The EAMCET Scores will be used to get admission in various universities and private colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
The results of the EAMCET Entrance exam will be announced on June 2nd 2016.
As per the latest notification the entrance exam would be held in the Online Mode.
The Eligibility Criteria for clearing the EAMCET Entrance exam 2016 is mentioned below
The candidates who are writing the EAMCET Entrance exam 2016 must be the citizen of India, overseas citizens of India, the card holders or the persons of Indian Origin.
The candidate's age must be 16 at the time of writing the exam or before 31st December 2016.
The candidates should have cleared class 12th exam or its equivalent from the recognized state or central board of education.
The candidates must also have physics, chemistry, Maths, biotechnology or biology as one of the optional subject.
The candidate should also belong to the reserved category and they should have scored 40% of marks in class 12th and the candidates who belong to general category should have secured 45% marks.
The Application form of EAMCET 2016 will be available on the official website from 20th Feb 2016 and the candidates who are interested can also log on to the official website and fill the application form by paying the certain amount of application fee.
The candidates who are interested in filling the EAMCET 2016 application form should pay the minimum amount of Rs 250. The payment of the application fee can either be paid in cash or through online and even the payment can be made through AP Online, E-Seva or Mee-Seva Centers.

2. Category or Caste certificate
3. Income certificate
4. Admit card of the exam.
5. Hall Ticket of SSC or is equivalent.
6. The Resident Proof.

EAMCET 2016 Admit card
The EAMCET Admit card is expected to be out in the month of April 2016. The candidates are also advised to carry the printed document to the exam center. Further the document is used for validating the candidate’s identity.

The result of EAMCET 2016 exam will be announced on 9th June 2914 in the official website. The candidates should also carry the mentioned documents to the counselling rounds.
