SNAP Entrance Exam 2013

Symbiosis International University conducts Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) test this written test is conducted for admissions to all Post graduate Institutes of symbiosis International University. Apart from these the students also need to undergo the selection process of the desired Institute to qualify for the admissions.

There are around 15 Pune based and 2 Bengaluru based institutes of symbiosis National University that accept the SNAP Scores. Listed below are the institutes that conduct the SNAP Entrance exams

The institute has also launched a test for non -MBA courses as follows
1. SIMC-MMC-(For Pune campus only)
2. SIG- M.Sc (geoinformatics)
Students who will clear the test they will be able to get admissions to the MMC course of SIMC (Pune) and for the M.Sc (Geoinformatics) course of SIG.

Eligibility
Graduates in any discipline from Statutory University with minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) for the entire Master of Business Administration programme, expect for the programmes which require graduate with specific subject specializations. These specializations are mentioned in the respective institute's website.
SNAP Test Structure
A two hour test (120 minutes), SNAP encompasses multiple choices questions where the marks of each section may section may vary. The format of the test is divided into four sections:
1. General English (Reading comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal ability)
2. Quantative (Data Interpretation and Data sufficiency)
3. General Awareness (General Knowledge, Current affairs, Business scenario)
4. Analytical and logical reasoning.

SNAP Entrance Exam is conducted in 30 cities and a candidate can choose any of the city as the address of the best centers will be printed on the Admit cars.
