Quality Management s focuses on concepts, methods and applications. Study of quality management therefore stresses on quality control, quality improvement and quality assurance.

 The job of a quality manager varies from one company to other but still the basic work for a quality manager remains the same he needs to do the following things like:Writes inspection procedures, provides sketches, prototypes etc. for each aspect of production.

 •Details what areas need special attention measuring tools to be used and areas needing inspection.

 Jobs in quality assurance require an attention to detail to avoid product liability lawsuits

 •Ensures that products meet the company's safety and quality assurance standards.
