Choices of your career after your XII th---Part--2

We have been discussing about the post XII th courses. Of course Medical and Engineering streams are always the most cherished ones, but many other courses are there other than these courses.

IT & Computer Stream

In these days information technology and computer have become have become part & parcel of our daily life. Because of different types of useful functions computer has become unavoidable in every walk of our lives. The most advantageous uses computer has offered to the mankind are the working easiness to the different types of physically challenged persons. Since these challenged people have different obstacles, different IT solutions have come up for their services.

A career in IT field can open up plethora of opportunities for many

If you are interested to make your career in information technology, it will be a right decision to take up computer as your career after your 12th.  The lowest possible job you can get as a computer operator and if you keep on progressing, you can step up as computer engineer. Once you can become Computer Engineer, the sky will be the limit for you.

What are the opportunities you can have as computer professional?

A computer professional can be either in the software field or in the hardware field. The web designing, web developer and many such opportunities modern age can offer you.

As a XII pass out, you can take up different types of IT and Computer courses.  You can get admissions both in private and government institutes for studying IT & computer courses in different parts of the country.

Medical stream

Those who had passed their XII th with Biology, Physics & Chemistry can be fit to take up Medical & other related stream as their career. The medical profession is aspired by millions of students throughout the world. All the medical colleges have entrance test system, which is conducted by different regulatory bodies. CBSE is also one of the regulatory bodies.

An all India level National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is conducted in the name of NEET–UG Undergraduate courses for making the students stress free before appearing in multiple tests and also promoting their merit in the process of admission. This program was started in the year 2013.

The successful NEET–UG Undergraduate course students are to sit for a single time test for getting admitted in to the MBBS studies. The successful students are eligible for getting admissions in any type of Medical College, be it government or private.

Other than this National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, a separate test is also conducted by the AIIMS (All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences). This test is exclusive for getting admissions in the AIIMS’s courses.

What are the courses that come under Medical courses?

Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Dentistry, Veterinary Science, Homeopathy and different other allied branches that fall under medical science.
