The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), rohtak recently started the summer placements process for the postgraduate program in management, 2013-2015 batch. Below mentioned are some highlights of the season.The other IIM’s also have started the summer placements.

Sixty nine firms including 30 new companies offered the internships to 152  PGP Students across the various domains

Niches roles were offered in business development, the brand management, supply chain consulting and the international Marketing and the trade.

The average stipend increased by 34% as compared to the last year.

The recruiters for these are ABB, ACC, Airtel, Aviva Life Insurance, Actuate Business Consulting, Becton Dickinson, Baxter, Covidien Healthcare, Future Group, HCL, Idea Aditya Birla, ICICI Bank, IFB Global, IOC Ltd, Jet Airways, Jindal Steel & Power Limited, Motorola, Mphasis, McCann Ericsson, NTPC, Perfetti Van Melle, RJ Corp, SEBI, TATA Power, TATA Motors, TCS, Tetrapak, Vedanta.
