All India Management Association Management Aptitude Test (AIMA-MAT) is an entrance test for MBA programs conducted by All India Management Association.
To fight the exam one must be graduate in any stream from a recognized university or a college.
Final year students can also apply for the admissions.
Mode of Test-
Both of the two options i.e. Online and Offline are present one can choose any of the following.
Students should choose the mode of examination in which they feel comfortable, if one feels uncomfortable with computer he should choose paper based test rather then computer based test.
Dates to remember-
Date decided for Paper Based Test- 07 September 2016 (Sunday)
Date decided for Computer Based Test- 13 September 2016 (Saturday) Onwards
Schedule for Exams-
The test venues for both Online and Offline tests are different.
The paper based test will be conducted on a single day i.e. 7 September 2016, at one single time slot 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
The computer based test will be conducted from 13 September onwards at different time slots.
Procedure to apply-
Students can choose any one of the given procedures to apply-
Obtain form with MAT bulletin or CD against cash payment of Rs 1200/- (Rs one thousand two hundred only) from the listed branches of Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, Listed Study Centers of AIMA or from AIMA, New Delhi.
One can also apply online and pay through DD. For this Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only) in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website along with the DD details. Detailed procedure is given on the website.
One can also register on website and pay with the help of Credit Card.
MAT registration Form-
All forms received at AIMA will be scanned/validated within 3 days and the form numbers of such received forms will be available on website
Further, all the forms will be scrutinized and if found in order, it will be provisionally registered.
MAT registration form received later than the due date is liable to be rejected.
Neither any correspondence in this regard will be entertained nor will the fee be refunded.
All provisionally registered candidates both for Paper Based and Computer Based Test can download their Admit Card from AIMA website by 29 August 2016 (Friday). Specific admit card will be generated both for the candidates opted for the paper based test and for the computer based test Admit card would be having candidate name, form number, roll number, test date, test time and test venue address Candidate has to strictly follow the date and time allotted to them in the case of computer based test
