2014-2016 Admission criteria for IIM Kozhikode

IIM Kozhikode is ranked as the 5th among all the IIMs. IIM Institute is located at  Kunnamangalam. IIM Kozhikode has set up the campus at Kochi in the year 2012.

The Postgraduate program was started in the year 1997 with a batch of 42 students, then it increased the intake to 120 in 20013, then to 180 in 2005, 261 in 2008 and 319 in 2010 and finally it is declared as one of the best management school in the country.

IIM Kozhikode also offers the postgraduate program, executive post graduate program, and the fellow programme in management and executive postgraduate program at Kochi campus.

IIM Kozhikode is ranked as the 9th among all the IIMs.

The candidate who will have the score that is mentioned in the table will go the next round.

Then the candidates will be shortlisted based on the aggregate score.

For the candidates who have completed the bachelor degree the percentage marks that are reported in the grade sheet will be considered.

If any Board, Institute, University will award the letter grades without mentioning the equivalent percentage of marks in the grade sheet then the candidate has to get the certificate from the institute that has the equivalent marks. The original certificate has to be submitted at the time of GD/WAT-PI round.

The Graduation score will carry 12% weight.

The performance in CAT is very important in the admission process. The previous work experience as well will carry weight as on till January 31st 2014. The training or the project work that is done will not be considered as the part of the academic training.
