MCA Admission Process in Maharashtra

MCET can be considered as one of the most common MCA entrance test in India. MCET stands for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test. Those who aspire to enroll for a Post Graduate Course in MCA can attend the test. They can get admittance in University departments or in private institutes in Maharashtra.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any stream are eligible to apply. They should have scored 50% or above. However there is an exception of 45% or above for those belonging to other classes. These candidates should also have taken mathematics or statistics in their plus two. They should have done these courses from a recognized institute.

Those who are appearing currently for the final year examination are eligible to apply, but they need to fulfill other criteria as per the requirements. They are required to submit their certificates on or before 25th September.

They should have done these courses from a recognized institute.

They are required to submit their certificates on or before 25th September. Those who do not submit their certificates will not be given admission. The fees will also be forfeited.

Candidates who have qualified in Bachelor of Science (Computer/Information Technology) Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) courses from Maharashtra are eligible to apply for MCET. Those who have done their post graduation from Maharashtra are not eligible to apply.

How to Apply?

Those who wish to enroll for MCET can collect a “MAH-MCA-CET 2016 Kit” and Information Brochure from designated post offices across the country. All the important notifications are available on the official website. Candidates belonging to general category from Maharashtra, Jammu and Kashmir migrants and OMS can purchase their form by paying Rs 750/-. Those belonging to reserved category and are from Maharashtra have to pay Rs 550/-.Migrants from Jammu and Kashmir who wish to apply for OMS have to pay Rs 1500/-. They are required to purchase 2 kits. But they should submit only one application form.

hello, if you want to take admission in best engineering college in Jalor, you should clear JEE Main exam, or I fyou want to get admission in IITs you should clear JEE Advanced and for admission you should have Physics, chemistry and maths in your 12th or equivalent

This course in Dehradun is offered under different specializations, To get admission to a particular specialization, applicants must have completed their higher secondary in 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 format, Both higher secondary/pre-university and degree must have been obtained from a recognized board and recognized university respectively.

Both NEET and AIPMT are conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS Courses, NEET is national level test, while AIPMT is conducted by CBSE for admission to these courses in government medical and dental colleges of all places including Andaman
