Tips To Crack JIPMER Entrance Exam

Tips To Crack JIPMER Entrance Exam

If you have applied for the JIPMER entrance exam that is planned to be held on the 7th of June 2016, you have just 2 months left for the test and you would have already started your preparation for the same. Here are some tips that will help you in the preparation process, so that you can crack the examination with flying colors and can get admission to your dream course:

Syllabus:

You know that the syllabus to be covered for this test is vast, so it is better to plan for every week. When you can set the weekly targets and achieve them, it will give you the motivation and satisfaction of covering each and every topic without leaving anything.

NCERT books can help:

You should make your basics stronger. So, read NCERT books thoroughly. These books will make your basics stronger, and then you can refer for other books specially meant for JIPMER test preparation. Once you get the basics stronger, it will be easier for you to gain in-depth knowledge on each and every topic.

Time table:

As mentioned earlier, set weekly targets and having a thorough time table for yourself will ease the preparation process. When preparing time table make sure that you allot time for testing yourself. Taking a test for yourself each week will help in assessing your progress and even it will help in identifying weak areas, so that better focus can be given to those areas.

Practice numerical problems:

You know that physics and chemistry papers have numerical problems. Just practice these problems several times. Rather than going through them, when you solve yourself, you can gain better knowledge and confidence to solve the same at the time of the actual examination. When it comes to biology, repetition and regular reading are important as the concepts can be easily forgotten.

Read from established doctors:

Keep yourself updated with the latest happenings in the field of medicine by reading the articles and blogs of established doctors.

Doubt clarification:

Generally, this test will have questions based on the class 11 and 12 NCERT books. So, when you are getting to the basics from these books, if you come across any doubts, immediately get the same clarified. You can seek the help of your school teacher to get the clarification, who will be in a better position to provide you appropriate clarifications. Even, you can join a coaching centre to get help during the preparation process. Coaching centers also conduct regular tests to ensure the progress of their students and this type of coaching and practice tests will make your preparation process easier and healthier.

Old question papers:

When you decide to prepare by yourself and scheduled a time table for weekly evaluation, remember to practice with the help of old question papers. These question paper practice will help you get better knowledge about the type of questions that may be asked in the test in such a way that you can practice accordingly.

Wishing you all success in JIPMER Entrance Test!
