ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test, abbreviated as the IBSAT, is conducted by Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI), for selecting candidates for Business Management programs, offered in different participating business schools spread across the major cities in India. B-schools currently participating are ICFAI Business School (IBS), ICFAI National College (INC), ICFAI School of Financial Studies (ISFS), ICFAI School of Marketing Studies (ISMS) and ICFAI School of Human Resource Development (ISHRD).

Eligibility

MBA

The candidates must have a bachelor's degree (English medium)from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates appearing for the final of the qualifying exams are also eligible to apply provided they complete their graduation requirements including practical examinations / viva / assignments before the month of April. The applicants must have three years or more of executive level work experience after graduation, and should be more than 25 years of age.

 

Executive PG

The applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% marks in a single attempt. They must have three years or more of executive level work experience after graduation, and should be more than 25 years of age.

 

Examination Pattern

IBSAT question paper consists of multiple choice questions. Questions are based on Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation, Data Adequacy, Vocabulary, Analytical Reasoning & Reading Comprehension. All applicants are required to write an essay in English on a general topic immediately after the test, on the same day at the same test center. The short listed candidates have to take up a general knowledge test on the day of the interview. It is followed by a micro presentation on a selected topic followed by personal interview.

If a phase I test taker of Narnaul oe other places is not satisfied his/her performance in the test or if a candidate has missed out to apply for NEET, he/she can apply for phase 2 exam, It is a second chance provided to aspiring candidates.

Both NEET and AIPMT are conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS Courses, NEET is national level test, while AIPMT is conducted by CBSE for admission to these courses in government medical and dental colleges of all places including Banswara
