To have a clear vision, a leader needs to have the innate abilities. Meaning of a vision is the future condition that does not exist presently. A vision, on which, a leader operates, is based on the commitments, aspirations and values. These ideas could be assessed by two way communication or by a process of asking plus listening.  It takes a lot of time to interact with people. Present, past and an image of future probabilities are three sources that are searched for guidance. A mental picture of right and wrong doings create by the past own and other’s experience’s reflection.  Same insight is given by present practices. Implementation of a vision could not be done by coercion or decree.

It is commonly an act of influence, as well as developing a dedicated and enthusiastic commitment for a vision as it is correct for the staff working there correct for the organization (Bennis & Nanus, 1985).
