For Management seat (25 seats)
Candidates wishing to take admission through management quota have the same eligibility criteria as for government seats. Applications are issued for management seats during the month of July.

Hi Saroj Ranjan,

The college has an intake capacity of 100 students. The students are admitted to B.Ed. course as per the Bangalore University rules. The admission procedure for the two categories of seats are given below.

1. For Govt. seats (75 seats)
Centralised Admission Cell (CAC), Govt. of Karnataka invites applications in the month of July every year for B.Ed. course. The selection is made through an entrance examination. Seats are allotted by the CAC on merit and reservation rules in force.

Dear Chand, All the colleges approved by NCTE are recognised for Govt. job. Teacher TRaining colleges are approved by NCTE and affilated to concerned university of that area.

Dear Mehabbob, You can apply now too with some late fee. You will have to register with a B.Ed. college too for teaching practice and you have to obtain a certificate in this effect from that B.Ed. college and its to be submitted to concerned university. Fee is not much but differ from university to other.

Dear Mehaboob, Its true that some of university dont provide B.Ed. in commerce. But its there now in most of University. You can apply at Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra

Candidates must be citizens of India and should be Karnataka candidates for Government quota of seats. “Karnataka candidate” means, a student who has studied for atleast 7 (seven) full academic years in any one of the Government or Government recognized institutions in Karnataka from first standard up to 2nd P.U.C / 12th Standard or qualifying examination and passed either S.S.L.C / 10th Standard or P.U.C / 12th Standard examination in Karnataka. In respect of candidates who have enrolled as private candidates for S.S.L.C / P.U.C or studied in open schools the period of seven years study shall not be insisted. However such candidates shall produce domicile certificate for 7 years from the Tahasildar of concerned Taluk. Candidates who have passed either S.S.L.C or P.U.C either in open schools or as private candidates shall produce the relevant marks card or a certificate from the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board / Directorate of Pre-University Education which certifies that he / she is a private candidate. In respect of candidates who have taken more than one year to pass a class or standard, the years of academic study is counted as one year only for this purpose
