AJ Kidwai Mass Communication Research Centre, Jamia
This university began as a small education institution in 1920 and became a Central University in 1988, in New Delhi. It offers the MA in convergent journalism, which is a two-year course for 20 students. It covers print, broadcast, online and photo journalism. Admission requires a statement of purpose submitted with the application, an entrance exam and an individual interview. Combined marks on all three assessments determine admission into the course.
