Kindly , please specify in which Law college in Indore do you study and to which law college in Ahmedabad do you want the transfer.
Under general conditions, the transfer from one law college to other in between the course terms is not allowed by the colleges.

Yes it is definitely possible to do LLB course in part time.
This degree is recognised by the bar council and law society. Actually it is a four and a half year course. The successful completion of the part time LLB degree can give direct entry to the legal practice course.
Some universities which offer part time LLB course:

National Law School in Bangalore, National law school Delhi, Cochin university, Delhi university, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university, Kurushetra university, Chanakya National Law University, Bharati Vidyapeth University, National Law School of India University (NLSIU) and almost all recognised universities offer these type of courses.
